Contact Lenses
We provide a range of materials used in the manufacture and preservation of contact lenses. Our primary product is Optomer® a key monomer used in the manufacture of silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
Optomer is a very highly purified monomer, specifically produced for the manufacture of contact lenses. Silicone hydrogel lenses are advanced soft contact lenses. A combination of hydrogel and silicone improves the oxygen permeability of contact lenses, so more oxygen can reach the cornea, contributing to optical health. This attribute makes them best suited to long term lens use.
